TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwired - Aug. 31, 2015) - Lundin Mining Corporation (“Lundin” or the “Company”) (TSX:LUN)(OMX:LUMI) reports the following, in accordance with the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act:

As a result of the exercise of employee stock options and/or release of vested share units during the month of August, the number of issued and outstanding shares of the Company has increased to 719,512,357 common shares with voting rights as at August 31, 2015.
