Adam Lundin brings extensive experience in capital markets and public company management across the natural resources sector. His background spans mining, oil and gas, investment advisory, international finance, and executive leadership. He has played a key role in the advancement of the Vicuña District.
Adam previously served as President, CEO, and Director of Josemaria Resources Inc., and as President and CEO of Filo Corp, later serving as Chair. He currently serves as President, CEO, and Chair of LunR Royalties Corp., and Chair of the Board of Lundin Mining Corp. and Fireweed Metals Corp., and sits on the boards of Lucara Diamond Corp., NGEx Minerals Ltd., and the Lundin Foundation.

Ashley Heppenstall is a corporate director with over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas and resource sectors. He currently serves on the boards of public companies in mining and oil and gas.
From 2002 to 2015, Ashley was President and Chief Executive Officer of Lundin Petroleum AB, an oil and gas exploration and production company with core assets in Norway. Earlier in his career, he worked in the banking sector, focusing on project financing for oil and resource businesses.
Ashley holds a degree in Mathematics from Durham University.

Donald Charter brings extensive board, capital markets and senior executive experience across financial services, mining, and real estate. He currently serves on the boards of Lundin Mining, Dream Office REIT, and International Petroleum Corporation, and is Chairman of HGC Holding, which through HGC Investments is an employee-owned investment firm.
Donald began his career in Toronto building a successful business law practice before joining the Dundee group of companies as Executive Vice President, responsible for capital markets. He later became the founding Chairman and CEO of Dundee Securities group of companies, guiding its growth from a start-up to a leading independent financial services firm. Most recently, Donald was President and CEO of a public U.S. based metallurgical coal company.
Donald holds degrees in Economics and Law from McGill University and has completed the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program.

Jack Lundin is President and Chief Executive Officer of Lundin Mining and a member of the Board of Directors. Since becoming President in 2022 and CEO in December 2023, he has led a significant portfolio transformation, including the acquisitions of the Caserones Mine and Filo Corp., the latter resulting in the formation of Vicuña Corp. and a sharpened strategic focus on copper through the divestiture of the company’s European assets.
Previously, Jack served as President and CEO of Bluestone Resources. Prior to Bluestone, he played a key role in the development of Lundin Gold’s Fruta del Norte mine in Ecuador where he served as Project Superintendent. Earlier in his career, he worked as an economic analyst with Lundin Energy and held field roles on exploration projects across Canada, Russia, Ireland, and Portugal.
Jack holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Chapman University and a Master of Engineering in Mineral Resource Engineering from the University of Arizona. He is Chairman of the Board of Lundin Gold, and is a board member of Vicuña Corp., Talon Metals, the Lundin Foundation, and of the University of Arizona’s School of Mining and Mineral Resources. He is also actively involved in philanthropy, supporting brain cancer research through the Lundin Cancer Fund.

Victoria McMillan is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and Chief Financial Officer of Versamet Royalties Corporation. She recently completed a four-year term as a director on the board of BC Hydro, where she chaired the Audit and Finance Committee.
With over 20 years of financial experience, Victoria has led reporting, regulatory, treasury, tax, and risk management functions, primarily in mining and the royalty industry. She has held senior finance roles at mid-tier gold producers, contributing to mergers and acquisitions, a U.S. listing, and gold sales operations. Earlier in her career, she spent eight years with a global accounting firm in London and Vancouver as a senior manager in assurance.
Victoria holds a Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Nottingham and has completed the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program. She is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Dale Peniuk is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with over 30 years of experience in assurance and governance. He has served on the boards of numerous Canadian public mining companies since 2006, including chairing the audit committees of each of those companies.
Dale spent more than 20 years with KPMG LLP, including a decade as an assurance partner and leader of the firm’s British Columbia mining practice.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and earned his CPA, CA designation in 1986. Dale served on CPABC’s Public Company Forum for nearly two decades, including as Chair, and is recognized as the financial expert on the Audit Committee.

Maria Olivia Recart brings extensive expertise in environmental and social issues in Chile and Brazil, including community engagement, government relations, sustainable supply chains, and social value strategy. She has served as a Director since March 2023. She is an economist with a master’s degree in economics from Georgetown.
From 2019 to 2023, Maria Olivia was Dean of Universidad Santo Tomás. Previously, she spent eight years at BHP as Vice President of Corporate Affairs for the Americas, overseeing community engagement, communications, and government relations. During that time, she advised on operational and strategic matters at Escondida mine and held leadership roles in several social impact organizations, including Fundación Chile and Fundación Minera Escondida. Earlier in her career, Maria Olivia served as Chile’s Vice Minister of Finance (2006–2010), leading the country’s entry into the OECD.
She currently sits on the boards of Aclara Resources Inc.(a TSX-listed rare earths company with a development project in Chile), Esval and Essbio (utilities companies governed by OTPP and listed in Chile), Banmco Santander (Chilean Branch, listed in Chile), and Comunidad Mujer, a Chilean non-profit organization advocating for women's issues in public policy.

Natasha Vaz is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Agnico Eagle Mines, leading operations and project development in Ontario, Australia, and Mexico. She brings over 20 years of operational and technical experience in the mining industry.
Previously, Natasha held senior leadership roles at Kirkland Lake Gold, including Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President, Technical Services and Innovation. She also served as Vice President, Technical Services at Tahoe Resources and spent a decade at Lake Shore Gold in operational and technical roles.
Natasha is a Professional Engineer and Chair of the Ontario Mining Association. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mineral Engineering from the University of Toronto and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg-Schulich School of Management.

Juan Andrés Morel joined Lundin Mining in August 2022 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He oversees Lundin Mining’s global operations and project development, bringing more than 30 years of industry expertise.
Prior to joining Lundin Mining, Juan Andrés served as General Manager of Mine Operations at BHP’s Escondida mine in Chile. He also held senior roles at Antofagasta Minerals, including Executive Director of the company’s international office, Head of Operations at Los Pelambres, General Manager of El Tesoro, and Chief of Technical Services. Earlier in his career, Juan Andrés spent seven years at CODELCO in strategic and technical leadership positions.
Juan Andrés holds a degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Chile and an Executive MBA from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.

Peter Brady is Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Lundin Mining, providing strategic advice on legal, regulatory, and governance matters across the company’s global operations. He brings more than 25 years of experience in industry and private practice working with major international mining companies.
Before joining Lundin Mining, Peter was Chief Legal and Governance Officer at Vale Base Metals, advising senior leadership on legal risk, compliance, and corporate governance. He previously practiced as a Partner at McCarthy Tétrault.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Laws from Queen’s University and a Master of Arts in Environmental Law from the University of Windsor. He served as law clerk to Chief Justice Allan McEachern of the British Columbia Court of Appeal in 1996/97 and is a member of the Queens University Dean's Advisory Council for Queens Law School.

Teitur Poulsen has served as Lundin Mining’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since September 2022. He oversees Lundin Mining’s global financial strategy, with deep expertise in capital markets and complex equity and debt transactions, as well as M&A and financial reporting.
Before joining Lundin Mining, Teitur was CFO of Lundin Energy (formerly Lundin Petroleum) until the company was acquired by Aker BP in 2022 for $14 billion. He previously served as CFO of Aker BP (formerly Det norske) and earlier in his career held senior roles in corporate planning, financial modelling and investor relations.
Teitur holds an MA (Honours) Economics from the University of Aberdeen. He serves on the boards of Vicuña Corp in Canada and P/F Magn and Sp/F Orkufelagid in the Faroe Islands.

Cara Allaway is Vice President, Finance at Lundin Mining, responsible for accounting, financial reporting and planning functions. She brings extensive experience in financial leadership across the mining sector.
Before joining Lundin Mining, Cara served as Vice President, Finance at Eldorado Gold, overseeing core finance functions. She previously held senior roles at Nevsun Resources Ltd. and Dominion Diamond Mines. She also spent 12 years with PwC in the Assurance groups in Halifax and Toronto, and in the Capital Markets Group in Russia.
Cara is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Mount Allison University and a Master of Management and Professional Accounting from the University of Toronto.

Eduardo Cortés is Vice President, Mining & Mineral Resources at Lundin Mining, leading mine planning, reserves, geology, and metallurgy across global operations. With more than 12 years of experience across the Americas, he has a proven track record in mine optimization, cost reduction, and strategic growth.
He previously served as Director, Reserves & Mine Planning and Senior Mining Engineer at Lundin Mining, contributing to key projects at Candelaria, Caserones, and Chapada. Before that, Eduardo was a core member of the Fruta del Norte project at Lundin Gold, developing the mine from feasibility through commercial production, and he served as Chief Engineer at Bluestone Resources, overseeing mine planning efforts. Earlier in his career, Eduardo worked on major underground projects for Codelco and Anglo American.
Eduardo holds a Mining Engineering degree from Universidad de Santiago de Chile and is fluent in Spanish and English, with intermediate Portuguese.

Prior to Lundin Mining Ricardo spent 12 years in leadership roles at BHP, including Head of Risk Operations and Head of Safety – Minerals Americas. Ricardo was a member of BHP’s Global Risk Leadership Team and managed risk activities across global operating assets. His experience also includes implementing fatal risk management programs in the mining industry.

Andre Gagnon is Vice President, Geotechnics & Water at Lundin Mining, leading a team of experts focused on tailings, water, geotechnical engineering, and hydrogeology. He brings almost 20 years of experience in the mining industry.
Andre joined Lundin Mining in 2017 and has held progressively senior roles, including Senior Tailings & Geotechnical Engineer and Director, Tailings. Before that, he served on the technical services team at Goldcorp and also worked as a consultant specializing in tailings, geotechnical engineering, and water management.
Andre holds a B.A.Sc. in Geological Engineering from Queen’s University and an M.Sc. in Engineering Geology from Imperial College London. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Ontario and British Columbia.

Before joining Lundin Mining in April 2023, Steve was Vice President, Business Technology Solutions at Seaspan Shipyards and Seaspan Marine Transportation.

Nathan brings more than 20 years of experience in the mining industry and related international organizations. Before joining Lundin Mining, he led sustainability efforts at Lundin Gold during the construction and operation of the Fruta del Norte mine in Ecuador. He previously held senior roles with AngloGold Ashanti, Rio Tinto Alcan, the International Finance Corporation, and the World Economic Forum, advancing sustainability strategy and governance across the sector.

Theresa is Vice President, Tax & Treasury at Lundin Mining, overseeing global tax strategy and treasury operations. She has led the tax function since joining Lundin Mining in 2012 and assumed responsibility for treasury in 2019.
Before joining Lundin Mining, Theresa spent nearly a decade with two major public accounting firms, providing assurance and corporate tax services to clients in financial services, manufacturing, and real estate.

Tim Walmsley is Vice President, Exploration at Lundin Mining, responsible for leading global exploration programs and advancing resource growth opportunities. He brings more than 35 years of international experience across all stages of mineral exploration.
Tim joined Lundin Mining in 2013 as Chile Exploration Manager and later served as Senior Director, Exploration before assuming his current role in 2023. In these roles, he was instrumental in driving transformational resource growth at the Candelaria Mine in addition to guiding discovery success at the Chapada Mine. Before Lundin Mining, Tim held senior technical roles with Xstrata plc, Falconbridge Limited, and Noranda Inc,, where he contributed to numerous mineral deposit discoveries in both brownfield and greenfield environments throughout North and South America.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Honours) in Geological Engineering from Queen's University in Canada.

Before joining Lundin Mining, Stephen was Vice President, Corporate Development & Investor Relations at Bluestone Resources. He previously worked in investment banking with Canaccord Genuity, advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and equity financings. Earlier in his career, Stephen applied his background as a professional engineer at Freeport-McMoRan, focusing on operations and process development.
Stephen holds a B.A.Sc. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Quinn Yong is Vice President, Corporate Development & Strategy at Lundin Mining, responsible for advancing growth initiatives and executing the company’s long-term strategic direction. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the mining industry and related sectors.
Quinn joined Lundin Mining in 2016 as Managing Director, Corporate Development and later served as Senior Director, Operations Strategy. Before that, he was Director, Corporate Development at Sherritt International and held project management roles in the oil & gas, railway, and consulting engineering industries.
He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta, an MBA from the University of Toronto, and is a CFA charterholder.

Jacinta Zaleski is Vice President, Human Resources at Lundin Mining. She leads global HR strategy and programs, bringing extensive leadership experience in international human resources for global mining companies across both site-based and corporate environments.
Before joining Lundin Mining in 2022, Jacinta was Vice President, Human Resources for the Josemaria Project, acquired by Lundin Mining the same year. Prior to that she served as Vice President, Human Resources for Eldorado Gold Corporation.
Jacinta holds a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources from Deakin University in Australia and is also a certified coach.
