Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Poulsen was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in September 2022. He brings over 20 years of strategic financial experience in acquisitions and divestitures, public and private equity fundraising and public company reporting. Mr. Poulsen joined from Lundin Energy, following its acquisition by Aker BP for approximately $14 billion in enterprise value on announcement, where he had been CFO since 2017 and prior to that VP Corporate Planning & Investor Relations. Previous to Lundin Energy, Mr. Poulsen was CFO of Aker BP (formerly Det norske) from 2010 to 2012, and earlier in his career held progressively senior financial positions. Mr. Poulsen holds a MA (Honours) Economics from the University of Aberdeen.
